Yone Win Condition
Your goal is to win early and play for extended trades to utilize Yone's shorter cooldowns and high attack speed against their burst and longer cooldowns.
Zed Win Condition
Assassins win by successfully executing short burst trades and punishing you with their ultimate post-six. They want to use their mobility to jump in, apply burst, and jump out.
General Strategy
Take extended trades to counteract their short trades; avoid short trades at all costs. You must be very careful post-six if their 
R is up. Since it's hard to get many auto attacks off, take Conqueror instead of Lethal Tempo for raw AD and ability damage.
An early Cloth Armor is good. If he Ultimates you, use your
E to dodge his Qs (which amplify his ultimate damage). Taking Exhaust is very strong here because you can exhaust him when he Ultimates you, preventing him from reliably getting the kill.
