Yone Win Condition
You win by aggressively pressuring and snowballing, as these champions' damage is low, allowing you to abuse them repeatedly with your sustain and mobility until they are forced to take a bad recall or trade. You are not threatened by their low poke damage.
Vladimir Win Condition
They win if they can constantly poke you down or if they manage to secure an early transition gank from their jungler.
General Strategy
You want to be aggressive and try to keep the wave on your side as much as possible once you hit Level 3. You can be non-committal with Q3 forward and be completely fine due to their low damage.
Trading Patterns
Standard trades are with 
E. The main thing to respect is his Q3 (Crimson Rush/big heal). The moment his big 
Q is up, you must not trade.
His
W (Pool) cooldown is 28 seconds, so if it's down, he is a "sitting duck". A powerful trading pattern is to stack Q1 beforehand, then E + Q2 into him. While you are dashing, your Q3 stacks, forcing Vladimir to choose whether to 
W early or late, guaranteeing you get some damage off.
Wave Management
