Yone Win Condition
You win by aggressively pressuring and snowballing, as these champions' damage is low, allowing you to abuse them repeatedly with your sustain and mobility until they are forced to take a bad recall or trade. You are not threatened by their low poke damage.
TwistedFate Win Condition
They win if they can constantly poke you down or if they manage to secure an early transition gank from their jungler.
General Strategy
You want to be aggressive and try to keep the wave on your side as much as possible once you hit Level 3. You can be non-committal with Q3 forward and be completely fine due to their low damage.
Trading Patterns
Standard trades are with 
E. His
W cooldown is 8 seconds; you can recast your E to cancel his Stun card's effect, though you will still be stunned on the back end of the E. The main threat is enemy jungle ganks, which he sets up easily with his W.
Wave Management
It's very similar to Strong Early Laners, but you are way more aggressive post-Level 3, trying to keep the wave on your side as much as possible. You will use this state to pressure them until they are forced to take a bad recall or trade.
