Yone Win Condition
Your goal is to win early and play for extended trades to utilize Yone's shorter cooldowns and high attack speed against their burst and longer cooldowns. The primary objective is to keep them trapped in the lane by controlling the wave, preventing them from roaming.
Katarina Win Condition
Assassins win by successfully executing short burst trades and punishing you with their ultimate post-six. They want to use their mobility to jump in, apply burst, and jump out. Katarina wins by successfully roaming to the side lanes.
General Strategy
Take extended trades to counteract their short trades; avoid short trades at all costs. You must be very careful post-six if their 
R is up. The goal is to keep her in lane by keeping the wave on your side.
Let her
Q auto-push the wave slowly into you, then thin it and keep it frozen. Since she has no reliable wave clear except for committal abilities, she is forced to 
E in to clear the wave, putting her in a very rough spot, starving her of CS.
Trading Patterns
Be careful with E + Q3 forward; she will shumpo behind you and win the trade.

Let yourself get pushed in all the way onto your side to minimize their ability to execute their short trade patterns and prevent them from easily jumping in and running out. Let herQ auto-push the wave into you, and then thin it accordingly to starve her from CS.
