Yone Win Condition
Your goal is to win early and play for extended trades to utilize Yone's shorter cooldowns and high attack speed against their burst and longer cooldowns.
Fizz Win Condition
Assassins win by successfully executing short burst trades and punishing you with their ultimate post-six. They want to use their mobility to jump in, apply burst, and jump out.
General Strategy
Take extended trades to counteract their short trades; avoid short trades at all costs. You must be very careful post-six if their 
R is up. Fizz is actually one of the easier assassins; don't grief it. Bone Plating is key to reduce his short trade windows.
Trading Patterns
Do not 
E + Q3 forward when he has E (Playful/Trickster), as he will counter it. Instead, let him initiate his short trade (
Q-back off with E), and then E after him to chase him down. This forces an extended trade, which he struggles with due to his long E cooldown.
Wave Management
Let yourself get pushed in all the way onto your side to minimize their ability to execute their short trade patterns and prevent them from easily jumping in and running out.
