Only take short trades. Warwick tops usually run Barrier.
Trading Patterns
Warwick's R (Infinite Duress) is bufferable by your E: if he is about to ult, E forwards and you will win the animation. Warwick's Q hold makes him displacement immune, so your flip will be ignored, but the stun will still go through. You can buffer Warwick's E (Primal Howl): wait until the E is about to fear you, press E, and your displacement immunity will go through, flipping him and ignoring his damage reduction. Never take long trades; you will lose them.

Warwick wins by winning long, sustained fights due to his high healing. He wins by utilizing Barrier at low HP.
