General Strategy
Your champion is very slow, so focus on objectives and towers, not roaming. You can take Demolish against her.
Trading Patterns
If Quinn uses E (Vault) to crash into you, use your E to grab and flip her. As soon as she is flipped, she is dead; drop Ignite, Q, and W.
Wave Management
Ensure she is not roaming around the map too much, and quickly pressure your lane.
Their Win Condition
Quinn wins if she successfully roams and uses map pressure. She also wins if she uses E to kick you away before you can all-in.
