General Strategy
You need to win the lane. Nasus's W (Wither) doesn't affect your attack speed while your W (Purge) is on.
Trading Patterns
If he uses Wither on you, turn on your W (Purge), but do not Auto Attack; toggling off and on your W during Wither slows down your DPS. Play the spacing game: E him in reaction, Q and W yourself, and do not auto attack. Use your range to bully him off the tower and deny minions.
Wave Management
You need to set up freezes and deny him the minion wave.
Their Win Condition
Nasus wins if you allow him to start playing the game, especially if he gets a Sheen spike and Ghost.
