General Strategy
Lillia is difficult because she is mobile, but her mobility makes her squishy. Only take short trades (Q, Auto, W) and keep her at bay.
Trading Patterns
When Lillia uses W (Watch Out! Eep!), she is locked in an animation; react with E to win the trade. Lillia's E (Swirlseed) (sleep) is bufferable; if she lands E on you, you can E through her and grab her immediately. Since she has no Tenacity, she will never get a kick in. Do not trade into her Qs.
