General Strategy
Your jungler is really important. You do not ever want to get hit by a vital; if a vital is close to her, walk back and reset it or wait it out. You want to be close at all times without her being able to hit the vitals. Using the taunt aggressively is risky but can secure kills if she doesn't react or predict it.
Trading Patterns
You want to use your
Q through her and damage her. If you walk up and hit her first, she can Q through you, hit the vital behind you, ultimate, and kill you. Instead, sneak back and forth to bait out herQ. Once she Qs, react immediately by hitting her back, as you are much stronger if you react.

You do want to push if you can, but it is not necessary.
