General Strategy
Wits End rush is highly recommended for MR and magic damage. Be aggressive early (he does "nothing" level 1). Do not build Grievous Wounds/Morello; rely on Ignite, as its short cooldown is sufficient and allows you to focus on damage items. If he runs Ghost, be careful of the run-down.
Trading Patterns
Your primary goal is to bait hisW (28-second cooldown). Use aggressive 
E engages or Q poke to force him to use 
W. If he Ws, immediately disengage, wait for the blind/Q to come back up, and re-engage, as he has no counterplay then. If he is low and about to W, Ignite him first, as the Ignite damage will continue in the pool and he loses HP to cast W.
