Quinn Win Condition

Nocturne Win Condition
Landing 
R (Paranoia), activating Spell Shield, and tethering you with 
E (Unspeakable Horror) for the fear.
General Strategy
Play extremely aggressively level 1-5; Nocturne is "useless" early. Post-six, when he engages, you must use Q first to consume his Spell Shield.
Trading Patterns
When he engages (especially with 
R): Q him first (to break Spell Shield) -> E him (to knock back) -> Auto (Harrier proc) -> and immediately click away. If executed quickly, this sequence breaks his fear tether every time. Do not E first, as his Spell Shield will negate the knockback, leaving your E on cooldown and him standing on top of you.
Wave Management
Shove him in early, as he is a very weak laner.
