General Strategy
Wits End rush is recommended. Be super aggressive early game. The key is identifying her clone (W): if you hit the real Neeko with 
E or 
Q, the one with the Harrier mark is the real one. Try to be outside the minion wave when she uses Q to avoid the secondary explosions.
Trading Patterns
If she throws E (Root) and misses, instantly engage on her with E. If she attempts to 
R, you can E her right as she presses R to bounce out of the ultimate area (must be close to her).
