Wits End rush is very good against his magic damage. Play aggressively and consistently shove him in. Look to dominate him constantly because he is likely an autofilled mid-main. If he uses 
W (Wall of Pain), which slows you, that is his only disengage tool, so punish the 15-second window it is on cooldown.
Trading Patterns
Use your
E aggressively. Dodge his Qs by constantly sidestepping. When he uses W, immediately run at him with auto-E-auto to punish the gap closer and slow.
Wave Management
You must be the one pushing; slow push the wave and keep him shoved under his tower to deny his farm and poke opportunities.
