Kalista Win Condition
Stacking Rend (E) marks and detonating them for massive burst damage; constantly jumping to kite and control spacing.
General Strategy
Kalista is a very hard matchup. Run Press the Attack, and perhaps Biscuits for lane sustain. Movement speed is everything; rush boots early.
Stormrazer and Gale Force are good items to use for slows and assassination. Never fight her unless your blind (Q) is up and lands.
Trading Patterns
Use long-range 
Q (Blind) -> if it lands, auto-
E-auto-auto to proc PTA, then immediately run back. Only short trades are allowed. If she starts jumping aggressively towards you, use your E to proc Harrier speed and run away quickly. Do not use Q near her if you are close, as she will jump on you when your Q is on cooldown.
Wave Management
She will shove you in. Try your best to freeze the wave near your tower, as she is easily gankable. Pushing against her is risky due to her ability to punish mistakes.
