Poking you with EQ combo (Accelerate Gate + Shock Blast) from range; or successfully using Melee

General Strategy
Fleet Footwork is a necessity for sustain against his poke. Gale Force is a good mythic choice. Save yourE for his Melee Q. Jayce is a lane bully but becomes an "easy matchup" once the game progresses.
Trading Patterns
Stay behind minions so he can't EQ you. Only go for trades if you land your blind (Q) first. If he enters Melee form and attempts to Q onto you, use yourE to cancel him mid-air, push him back, and then run him down while he is stuck in Melee form for six seconds.
If he misses hisQ (ranged or melee) or misses EQ, use that as your signal to engage. Stormrazer helps slow him, making it easier to land Q and secure kills.
