Stacking her passive fully, landing 
E (Flawless Duet) to stun you, enabling her to Q onto you for amplified damage and ultimate usage.
General Strategy
Run Press the Attack or Fleet Footwork. If she starts E or 
W (some bad Irelia players do), be extremely aggressive level one. Be mindful of her passive stacks, visible below her mana bar; do not fight her in a large minion wave when it is fully stacked. Try to fight her outside of minion waves.
Trading Patterns
Level 1: Wait in the bush. When she walks up to 
Q three low HP minions, spam auto attacks on her. If she Qs onto you, E her immediately to cancel herQ and get a kill opportunity.
If she throws E and you anticipate a hit, immediately Q (Blind) her; she will be stunned but blinded, unable to Q onto you, allowing you to hit the Harrier and run away. If you get caught by her
R/E combo, immediately Q (Blind) -> E her, then proc Harrier and run away; this blinds her, preventing her from clicking and using her triple Q to finish you.
