General Strategy
Run Fleet Footwork, as he pokes constantly. Do not leash for your jungler; be in lane immediately to prevent him from stacking turrets. Use your
Q to disable turrets.
Stay behind minions to block his
W (Rockets). If your jungler asks you to leash, "mute your jungle". Post-six, be extremely careful of his ultimate empowered abilities.
Trading Patterns
Use yourE to dodge hisE (Grenade) stun. When he attempts to place a turret, instantly kill it with auto-Q-auto before it can charge up. If he misses E, be super aggressive, using E to close distance. If he uses 
R+Turret, run back to stall the duration.
Wave Management
Fight for priority; if you are shoving him in and killing turrets on sight, the lane becomes "freelo". If he shoves you in, clear turrets one at a time under tower. Avoid roaming, as he will take your plates instantly.
