General Strategy
Quinn is favored in this matchup. Run Fleet Footwork if nervous, otherwise Press the Attack. Level 1: Be aggressive with autos, then let herQ onto you.
Do not use E first, as she can 
Q onto you and then run you down while your E is on cooldown. If a vital spawns in front of you, walk into a bush to reset it to a more favorable position.
Trading Patterns
After she Qs onto you, immediately E her to proc PTA and walk back. Advanced Tech: Randomly E Fiora, then instantly sidestep (do not consume Harrier proc). She will reflexively throw 
W, which will miss, opening her up for 24 seconds.
If you are the aggressor, do not use E until she is low and desperate enough to use W defensively, then use E to secure the kill when herW is down. Building BoRK rush helps steal her movement speed if you struggle.
