Q (Infected Bonesaw) pokes to slow you, then engaging post-six with 
R (Maximum Dosage) while his passive is still active.
General Strategy
Run Press the Attack or Fleet Footwork (if scared). Blade of the Ruined King rush is recommended due to his high HP, or Krakn/Wits End/LDR core if confident. Stay behind minions to block hisQ spam.
Your goal is to pop his passive when he is not in lethal range, as 
E'ing him while passive is up yields no knockback. Run Ignite for his ultimate.
Trading Patterns
To safely pop his passive: be behind a minion wave, E him, and bounce back behind the minions. If hisQ is up, using E behind minions prevents him from hitting you with 
Q as you bounce away. Post-six, if he runs you down with 
R, blind him (Q) and try to sidestep his Qs.
Use Harrier speed and then E to escape, stalling for the next Q cooldown. You win hard when you get three core items (Kraken/Wits End/LDR).
