Kill him before level six if possible. Kill him by using Flash to escape his cage during your all-in.
General Strategy
D-Blade, Ghost, and Flash.
Trading Patterns
Take a big level one trade. If he cages you, hit Q, Ghost him down, and Flash out of the cage. Ult/Ghost works if he doesn't have his ultimate (Maiden).
Wave Management
Crash wave two, let the wave come all the way back to your side (if resources are good). If resources are poor, crash wave four, recall, and kill him on the bounce back.
