Win the extended trade by playing around his shield.
General Strategy
Ghost and Flash. Get priority level one. If he takes Phase Rush and Ignite, the lane is very annoying.
Trading Patterns
Do not fight him when his shield is up. Q him, walk toward him, wait for his shout (baiting the shield), run away until the shield drops, and then go for the all-in. At level six: hit axe, pop Ghost, Ult his Q, and dodge his E. Level three is hard; level one and post-six are good.
Wave Management
Get priority level one. Use a normal two-wave crash. Do not let him stack minions and gain a level advantage.

Taking Phase Rush/Ignite. Gaining a level advantage by stacking minions. Utilizing his E shield.
