General Strategy
D-Blade, Ghost, and Flash. Unique trading rule: you want to take short trades (Q/E poke) rather than the long trades Olaf usually prefers.
Trading Patterns
Use the extra range on your Q and E to poke him. Never try to play the 'headbutt battle' (right-click fight) if you are both at high HP, as he will win that. Post-six, when he is low, hit an axe, pop Ghost, and you can win the all-in.
