D-Blade, TP/Ghost (recommended for macro) or Ghost/Flash (for heavy range). Play for proxying and map advantage, as he is a tanky 'meatball'. Rush Ravenous Hydra.

Trading Patterns

Avoid short trades. Utilize Approach Velocity well: hit your Q, run at him, and juke off to the side to predict his Q ahead of time. Dodging his Q prevents him from hitting E, and you can likely dodge his W as well. Use your ultimate just before his E or R hit you to cancel the CC.
