Your Win Condition
Win the all-in after your first recall (level four timer). Dodge his E using Approach Velocity.
General Strategy
Run D-Blade, Ghost, and Flash. You must ultimate before he ults you; if he ults first, you will be stuck in the Death Realm even if you use your ultimate afterward. Rush Long Sword/Refillable on your first base.
Trading Patterns
Use a long-range Q to utilize Approach Velocity. You can dodge every E if you are thinking about it. Hit Q, run at him, and juke to the left as he stops to use his Q animation. If he has Ignite, prioritize a level two versus one all-in after gaining priority. If he lacks Ignite, go for a big level one all-in.
Wave Management
Get priority. Crash wave two and then let the wave come back towards you. Crucially, you need to get the first recall off (around wave five/six) to gain a resource advantage.
Their Win Condition
Mordekaiser wins by poking you down with Q/E. He also wins by successfully casting his ultimate first, trapping you in the realm.
