Your Win Condition
Bait his E using Approach Velocity. The 17-second window when his E is on cooldown is your free time to beat him up.
General Strategy
D-Blade, Ghost, and Flash. This matchup is extremely volatile and snowbally. You should max Q normally for better wave clear and multiple axe rotations, contrary to some other Olaf strategies. Your goal is determined by his summoner spell: If he has Ignite, he gets priority; if he has Grasp/TP, you get priority.
Trading Patterns
You must bait his E: Hit Q, walk at him aggressively to 'pump your biceps up,' making him use E, and then click backwards at the last second to dodge the E. Walk back onto your axe and fight him. Do not let him lead with movement, Auto-W, stun, and Q away. If he has to Q-follow you, you can pop Ghost and destroy him. Buffer your Q or E through his stun.
Wave Management
Your wave control priority is determined by whether he has Ignite (he gets prior) or TP/Grasp (you get prior).

Escaping extended trades by using Q after a trade. Utilizing his E to negate your damage or stun you defensively.
