Your Win Condition
Find her level one before she gets passive stacks. Win the trade by dodging her E and Ult.
General Strategy
D-Blade, Ghost, and Flash. You are a 'hunting dog' and must find her before the minions get low. Rush Frozen Heart if the enemy has an auto-attack based AD jungler (Vi, Graves, Kindred). Otherwise, go Tabi into Ravenous Hydra. Utilize summoner spells to play around her E and Ult.
Trading Patterns
If she has four passive stacks, the trade is tough; you must fight her before she gets stacks or zone her from XP. Use Approach Velocity to dodge her E. Do not be afraid to pop Ghost to dodge E and break her Q reset. During the 1v1, Flash behind her to dodge her ultimate.
Wave Management
Play for priority (Lvl 2/3 advantage). Aim to crash wave three, allowing wave four to bounce back to the center. If she has full stacks/HP, let the wave come back towards you and attack on the bounce-back when her passive drops.
Their Win Condition
Getting four passive stacks. Landing E to set up a Q reset, or landing R to burst you down.
