Your Win Condition
Win the level one trade and make it volatile to prevent him from getting Swifty Boots on his first recall. Utilize the level six transform timer (when he's freshly Mega) to run him down.
General Strategy
D-Blade, Ghost, and Flash. You have full control of the lane early. Try to cheese him level one by taking the third lane bush. Play around his Mega form pre-six. Your base timer is a top priority.
Trading Patterns
Force a heavy trade mindset. Take a big level one extended trade. Post-six, when he has just transformed into Mega form (and cannot double jump), if you hit your axe, Ult and Ghost him—it's very easy to kill him.
Wave Management
Crash wave two or wave three decisively, then make the wave come back to you. Prioritize your base timer.

Poking you down and maintaining safety until he can afford Swifty Boots.
