Your Win Condition
Win the extended trade, ideally after your first recall when you return with an item advantage (Long Sword/Refillable vs. Garen's Doran's Shield).
General Strategy
D-Blade, Ghost, and Flash. Identify his rune (Phase Rush vs. Conqueror). If he has Conqueror, you can take a big level one trade. If he has Phase Rush, mainly play for the wave. Try to freeze the wave on your side after your first recall.
Trading Patterns
Buffer your Q through his Q/Silence animation. When all-inning, start your E first and buffer it through his silence. If he has Phase Rush, use a first trade to pop it, then hit your Q and go for the all-in on the second trade. If he walks into your side of the minion wave, start hitting him right away.
Wave Management
Get priority and the first recall (crash wave four or wave five). After basing, let the wave come back to your side to allow for a freeze against him.
Their Win Condition
Using Phase Rush (if taken) to Auto-Q-Auto and run away, preventing the extended trade you need. Silence you before you can utilize your E damage.
