Land an axe and commit to the Ghost all-in at level two or level three. Secure the extended trade.
General Strategy
D-Shield, Ghost, and Flash. I recommend letting him push you in early. If you push, the lane isn't long enough to gain a meaningful trade unless he makes a mistake.
Trading Patterns
Do not allow him to hit you with a single barrel—this is too efficient for him. Force him to use two barrels. Use your Ghost and Approach Velocity to actively dodge the barrel during the all-in. The goal is the extended trade, but you must maintain high HP before the opportunity arises.
Wave Management
Let him push you in during the early game. Look for the trade when the wave is on your side.

Short trades. Poking you down using efficient Q and single barrel trades.
