Your Win Condition
Win the extended fight at low HP by holding your W and Barrier together. Out-sustain her poke by quickly building Vamp Scepter/Ravenous Hydra and constantly hitting the wave.
General Strategy
Run D-Blade with Barrier and Flash. Barrier is critical to ensure the trade goes long enough and prevents her from bursting you when you are low (especially if she has Ignite). Rush Vamp Scepter into Ravenous Hydra. Respect her level two and three.
Trading Patterns
She will poke you down with Q spacing, which you must tank and heal back off the wave. Look for the opportunity when she fails her Q spacing (Q's off to the side). If you hit your Q and she overcommits, you will win the 1v1. You need your ultimate ready for her parry (W), or you can use Approach Velocity/movement speed to dodge it.
Wave Management
If she has TP, try to get priority. If she has Ignite/PTA, you should give her priority and wait for the wave to push towards her. If she has Grasp, you can ignore her Qs and beat down the wave.
Their Win Condition
Poking you down with good Q spacing. Using her parry (W) and high sustain/burst (Ignite/Conqueror) to kill you.
