Your Win Condition
Achieve long trades by mastering the dodge of his Q using Approach Velocity and Ghost.
General Strategy
Run D-Blade. Use Ghost/Flash against heavy range comps, or TP/Ghost against comps with melee champions that run towards you, as TP is good for macro play against tanks. Play for long trades only. Be careful of a big level one all-in if he takes Hail of Blades.
Trading Patterns
You want long trades; he wants short trades. You should usually initiate by Q-ing first. As you run at him (using Approach Velocity), he will try to Q you—you must pre-dodge backwards/sideways to avoid it, pick up your axe, and keep running him down.
Wave Management
If you took a big volatile level one trade, crash wave two. If he plays safe, slow push and crash wave three, allowing wave four to return to the center. On the bounce back, take control of the third lane bush and look for the extended trade when he walks up for XP.
