General Strategy
Play for small, incremental wins in the lane. Since you are trading-oriented, use a Refillable Potion and Doran's Ring start. Your primary focus should be hitting Level 6 and getting the Ignite combination, which immediately makes her "screwed". You must hold yourE carefully, as missing it leaves you vulnerable.
Trading Patterns
Use a quick WQ to trade, which also drags the minions backwards with the aggro. Since you have higher movement speed, you are always looking for opportunities to finish her off if she attempts to disengage. Once you get Ludens, you can "literally 
W forward and 
Q the Tristana," which nukes her HP bar due to the item spike.
Wave Management
If she overextends, you must use your mobility to TP back instantly to contest the tempo and avoid losing minions. Avoid slow pushing if you lack wave clear early. If your base is bad, you must hard push the next wave into a reset to fix your build and tempo.
