General Strategy
3Q>E max Take fleet for movement speed and sustain Take lethal tempo if you confident in the matchup Space him out you get shredded especially if he gets his empowered Q on you Play to survive until six and try to stay healthy in lane Farm with Q and E pre six You need good fundamentals to win this lane Focus on getting good resets and wave management here Wits end is a viable rush Don't buy antiheal its a bait. You should not be fist fighting him enough in lane for it to be worthwhile
Trading Patterns
Vladmir has good sustain and short trades but lacks extended damage in lane Try to trade on him when his Q is on cooldown Vladimir has really good sustain in lane off of minions but if you get him low you can zone him from the wave with your pressure of your E to negate his sustain Try to ult his R, or E or Q2 damage. He will still heal from the Q2 even if you negate the damage with your R
Wave Management
You want the wave on your side so you can freely farm without getting poked.
