Q>E max Take fleet for movement speed Take lethal tempo if you are confident in the matchup Avoid playing against his turret so he cannot force into you Play to survive until six and try to stay healthy in lane Farm with Q and E pre six Do not auto trade with him in melee
Trading Patterns
Do not ever break your spacing with him If he gets on you, then you get melted Use your Q on him when he runs at you with pillar and W Don’t walk up to the wave if you don’t have cooldowns up to kite him Trundle has pretty consistent damage but try to ult his R auto Q damage if possible
Wave Management
You want the wave on your side so you can freely farm without getting engaged on.
