General Strategy
Avoid getting poked in lane by fiora’s lunge especially on vital procs. Stand near a wall so Fiora can not land her vitals especially during her ultimate Keep the wave on your side so she can’t all in you.
Trading Patterns
You have to constantly space Fiora’s lunge. If you are constantly taking poke damage, she can dive you if she brings ignite and gets good vitals. If you throw your q into her parry she can run you down very easily with the parry slow. Focus on farming early on and don’t use your spells on Fiora if your jungler isn’t pathing toward you. Respect her level six and item spikes. Remember your q can go through minions so you can look for cs or kill angles by using the tip of your q.
Wave Management
You want the wave near your turret until level eleven. She can run you down very easily pre six with ignite and post six with her ult.
Their Win Condition
Fiora will want to perma dash onto you and look for trades throughout the early game. Moreover, she can freeze the wave near her turret and look to all in you when you step up to the wave for experience.
