R effectively. Out-tempo him using proxying strategies.
Tryndamere Win Condition
Abuse Level 1 with Lethal Tempo and crits (his strongest point). Out-sustain you. Use 
R to survive burst or dives.
General Strategy
Respect his Level 1 aggression due to Lethal Tempo and crits. Ghost is mandatory. Rush Tabi boots (mandatory) to significantly reduce damage.
Trading ultimates is generally fine. Do not fight him until you have Dirk or Tabi.
Trading Patterns
Use 
E to avoid his Level 1 auto attacks and crits. Only trade using yourQ cooldown to chunk him and prevent him from stacking rage. Use R to force hisR out, then follow up. You are very tanky against his damage once Tabi is acquired.
Wave Management
Let him shove the first waves. Allow the wave to push under your tower to stabilize the laning phase. Push the wave slowly and then back for Tabies.
After hitting Level 6, hard shove the wave and proxy the next wave to maintain huge tempo and prevent him from contesting. Be careful of cannon proxies, as they are slower and can be punished. If low, wait for TP to avoid losing a wave or plates.
