Survive the lane and farm, which ensures you outscale her. Use Exhaust to cut her burst significantly.
Riven Win Condition
Burst you down before you can use 
W. Roam aggressively after pushing waves. Rush Hexdrinker.
General Strategy
Take TP Exhaust, which is the best setup, as Exhaust cuts her burst heavily. Rush Riftmaker first, as it makes surviving the lane much easier. Armor is very useful.
Only use 
W for all-ins (never to "Edge" unless near your tower). Ping her missing aggressively if she shoves waves, as she often roams. Hold Exhaust for her all-in or ultimate, as you are vulnerable without it.
Trading Patterns
Soak XP Level 1; do not farm to avoid taking damage. Try to wait for her to misuse her
E shield on your
Q. Only fight her after she uses her E shield.
Rotate your Qs for damage, especially when she has high MR. Use Exhaust when she engages in an all-in.
Wave Management
Let her push in the first three waves. Shove the wave to back for Haunting Guise/Refillable. Use TP to return and freeze the wave on her if she shoves it, denying her farm. Push for plates once Riftmaker and Tabies are secured.
