Gwen Win Condition
Survive until Level 6, then the matchup becomes much easier. Get to Level 6 and "fist him". Leverage high mobility (E) and 
R for 2v1 situations later.
Ornn Win Condition
Winning trades by utilizing short trades; Ornn is the "king of short trades".
General Strategy
Ornn is very weak Level 1. The matchup is pretty hard until Level 6. Rush boots and a refillable potion, as the latter is too good and gold efficient.
Use repositioning (E) and stacking Conqueror when fighting 2v1. If struggling to kill him later, consider Void Staff.
Trading Patterns
Walk up Level 1 to stack your
Q, dodging his
Q by moving left/right. Q then 
E out quickly to avoid his auto attack, otherwise you lose the trade. Stack Q and go for the combo, trying to bait his
W.
Wave Management
Push Level 1 to gain priority and secure the first two waves for free. Slow down the push at Level 2 so you can crash the next wave safely (to avoid cheese ganks). After a reset, let the wave push into you.
If you gain a kill lead and he TPs in, hard shove the wave and proxy the next wave before resetting for an item. Setting up a freeze is difficult as he dislikes interacting. Hard shove to the tower to get plates if his TP is down.
