General Strategy
Vayne hard counters Darius and will outscale you regardless of your gold lead. This lane is a 'nightmare'. Play passively and patiently; give up CS that falls under her area of influence. Run D Shield and Second Wind to sustain poke. Stridebreaker is good for the burst combo/slow. If she Condemns (E) you, you must time your E to land just as you are being pushed back; this stuns her on the spot, allowing you to run in with Ghost for the kill.
Trading Patterns
Do not over-force fights; if you are forced to walk up, you will lose HP while she takes none. If you land a pull and have Ghost, you win the all-in.
Wave Management
Do not sacrifice too much health for CS. Wait for the tick of D Shield to maximize health return.
Their Win Condition
Percentage health damage. Kiting Darius constantly while dealing free damage. Using Condemn (E) for disengage/stun.
