Burst him down to force R, then re-engage when R ends.
General Strategy
Tryndamere uses Q (Bloodlust) and minion CSing to sustain indefinitely. Look for him to auto-attack and spin away (E); predict this and cancel the spin with E. Kite him (Ghost needed). Time your final attack/bleed stack to land just as his R invulnerability ends; the bleed can secure the kill through his post-R Q heal. Do not use R to execute him early; use it to apply the final bleed stack.
Trading Patterns
Don't take bad trades; he can dive you with full Fury. Your R is a point-and-click ability that cannot be dodged, making it perfect for applying the final bleed stack before he escapes.
Wave Management
He relies on CSing for Fury and Healing. No specific Darius wave advice.
Their Win Condition
Sustaining trades with Q heal and Fury. Using R (Undying Rage) to negate burst/execute.
