General Strategy
Do not waste W or auto attacks while blinded. Enable settings to show the CC duration bar above Teemo's head so you can time your auto attacks. Follow your own minions into shroomed areas. Stridebreaker is great for farming kills against him.
Trading Patterns
Pull him when he is auto-attacking (he's close to E range). Best Teemo players poke with Q (longer range); run up with Ghost, pull, and combo. You need to be ready to fight him once he's in your face, not kite him.
