Deny his E (Dash) reset. Cancel his E dash with Darius E.
General Strategy
Renekton gets a second E dash if he dashes through an enemy unit, so position to prevent this. Use your Ghost and W/E to kite his auto attacks and deny the W stun. If he walks toward you with W, walk away to force him to waste E to get the stun. Ninja Tabi's are great.
Trading Patterns
If he dashes to you, pull him to cancel the first dash. You can sacrifice your first Q in lane to bait his E dash. When he has R up, he gains stats and empowered abilities, making his damage frightening.

High damage output, especially with R. Using E (Dash) for double engage/disengage. W (Stun) to control the fight.
