Kill her when she gets into melee range.
General Strategy
Lillia is constantly putting herself in range to be killed. She is weak against slows (Darius W/E are key). Start the fight when she has low or no passive stacks. Darius's E can cancel her W (Sweet Spots) damage.
Trading Patterns
If she tries to use W to escape, your E can cancel it. Land EQ, RWQ, Auto-Auto, Ult for a free kill if she is in range.
Wave Management
Do not let her stack her passive move speed off of the wave.
Their Win Condition
Stacking her passive to gain movement speed and kite Darius.
