Dodge her E (Test of Spirit).
General Strategy
Before Level 6, you 'completely destroy her'. Use Ghost to dodge her tentacles easily. Post-six, if she lands E, you must run to drop the spirit, as fighting her when E is landed gives her double healing and extra tentacles (she hits both you and your ghost). If she misses E, run at her and kill her. You can use Flash to dodge E by walking toward her (to bait the E) and flashing to the side.
Trading Patterns
If E is missed, she heals nothing from tentacles, and you win the fight.
