Camille Win Condition

The most critical factor for Camille is acknowledging that you are not designed to win the 1v1 against Tryndamere because his ultimate makes him uniquely suited for dueling. Therefore, your ultimate win condition is forcing team play. In team fights, Camille's mobility allows her to chase him down, and her ultimate can be used to lock him in a cage, effectively rendering him useless.

Tryndamere Win Condition

Tryndamere wins by constantly stacking his fury bar (especially if he gets lucky crits) and leveraging his Level 6 powerspike. If he takes Ghost and Nimbus Cloak, he gains insane mobility, allowing him to dive you under your turret with no counterplay. If he takes Ignite, the matchup becomes much easier for Camille.

General Strategy

You cannot play safe in this matchup, or Tryndamere will simply dive and kill you. If he takes Ghost, you must "always contest him at everything he does". If he takes Ignite, call your jungler; if your jungler kills him once, he struggles to scale.

Avoid using your Hookshot (E) aggressively, as if he survives, he will use Ghost and run you down. If you are behind or even, you should play around team efforts, forcing rotations, and side lane pressure.

Trading Patterns

At Level 1, when Tryndamere has no fury, aim for a quick auto-Q-auto-Q-walk back trade to gain an advantage. You must always contest him and prevent him from stacking his fury passively by auto-attacking minions for free. After he pops his ultimate, you must disengage and kite him, waiting for it to expire. If you manage to get Ninja Tabi boots, they "makes three in the super useless" by mitigating his damage.

Wave Management

If Tryndamere opts for the aggressive build (Fleet Footwork, Resolve, Movement Speed rush), you should also prioritize Tiamat to contest his broken wave clear. In general, you should rush Doran's Blade. If you gain an early kill lead, you can then purchase Tiamat or build into Trinity Force. If you are behind, do not skip Triforce for Death's Dance (DD), but prioritize boots like Ninja Tabi.
