Camille Win Condition
Camille's primary win condition is scaling, as she "super out scales Aatrox" by the three-item mark, where she is essentially a "team full of Aatrox's". You are aiming to win the lane early, or at least go even, and then prevent Aatrox from participating in team fights by forcing him to answer you on the side lane. Aatrox is noted to suck on the side lane compared to Camille.
Aatrox Win Condition
Aatrox wins by forcing team fights or "firefights" because he is "really, really good" in those scenarios. In the lane, Aatrox players will try to use his innate early game strength to go even or get a small lead. His secondary win condition is landing his full rotation of Qs, especially his third 
Q (The Darkin Blade), and successfully triggering his passive often.
General Strategy
You need to play around Aatrox's strengths and weaknesses. You must avoid letting him hit the sweet spots of hisQ abilities. At Level 6, your ultimate (R) should be used specifically to Ult his third 
Q.
You should avoid excessive auto-attacking him, as this allows him to generate his passive much faster. It is vital to get Executioner's Calling early—ideally on the first back with 800 gold, or on the second back, but getting it too late "doesn't really help you".
Trading Patterns
If you are on the blue side and running Press the Attack (PTA), you can go for a quick auto-Q trade on him, but this is explicitly stated to not be worth it if you run 
W or Conqueror. In general, it is safer to spam poke him with W at Level 1. If Aatrox uses his Q1 plus 
E (dash), you should immediately engage onto him with auto-Q a couple of times before disengaging.
When fighting Aatrox, always hug the walls and stay on top of him. The most optimal timing to engage is when Aatrox either misses a Q or uses his passive proc on a minion. If you get hit by his
W (Infernal Chains), do not walk back; stay close to him so you can use your ultimate to deny his third Q, or simply man fight him inside the W circle.
Wave Management
A good early lane tactic is to kill only one minion at Level 1, which will guarantee a slow push toward Aatrox, granting you priority. Later in the game, you need to constantly push waves on the side lane to force him to abandon team fights and come defend against your pressure.
