Akali's success is based on exploiting Viktor's inherent early-game weakness. Winning trades requires Akali to dodge Viktor's main damage ability (E) and his critical CC tool (W). Post-Level 6, Akali should use her mobility and burst to run him down relentlessly.

Viktor attempts to harass Akali using hisQ and E, maintaining range superiority. He must effectively zone Akali and use hisW (Gravity Field) to stun her during engagements.
