Tahm Kench must focus on surviving Akali's burst through his innate tankiness. He relies on landing his
Q (Tongue Lash) to stack his passive and secure a stun, allowing him to win sustained trades. He can also use 
W (Abyssal Voyage/Submerge) for engagement or knockup.
General Strategy
This is an uncommon but favorable melee matchup for Akali early. Akali should utilize Electrocute and Ignite for maximum early burst. The primary concern is tracking hisQ (Tongue Lash/Stun setup) and hisW (Submerge/Knockup).
Akali should avoid committing resources to killing TK past the early game, as assassins must prioritize squishier targets. Storm Search is recommended as the first item.
Trading Patterns
Akali must immediately punish TK every time he attempts to CS in melee range with a quick 
Q Passive Auto Q Electrocute proc. Engage aggressively when TK's Q or
